"I first met Megan a couple of years back when I initially wanted to explore personal training and whether or not it would be the right thing for me. Being a beginner who used to feel intimidated of the weight section in the gym, I really appreciated her ability to make me feel at complete ease and improve my confidence. Fast forward a year or so and I knew I was ready to make a change. I have been training with Megan for the past 3/4 months and have lost 6 kg and am on my way to reaching my goal. When I met Megan I was overweight, inactive and had a terrible diet but within my first five months with her I had lost two stone, was eating healthy and training 2-3 times a week. The thing I value most about Megan is that she helps you to set and achieve goals that are personal to you, whether that’s losing weight or increasing strength, rather than telling you how you should look or how much weight you need to lose.
