COUPLES CLUB

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Here yourself and a partner or friend come to the private PT studio to workout together under the guidance of myself. It is a good way to keep motivated and also spread the cost.,

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

This will be coming in the New Year once covid has passed. Small groups of up to 6 and of any ability will come together for 1 hour long sessions weekly. We will have a good laugh and at the same time get the work in to see some progression.
